Our current CI jobs tests things on a new RADAR-Kubernetes installation but not for existing installations and this might cause us to miss some upgrade instructions. We should add a step in CI that installs the current version of RADAR-Kubernetes and then tries to upgrade it to the new version and the test if everything succeeds.
