Explore packages needed for Tables and Figures

Background

Pilot 1 and Pilot 3 used a specific list of packages for Tables and Figures production. A few of these might no longer be maintained or accessible, which proves a little tricky for us in Pilot 5. We should review the list of packages needed for TFs and see if other options are available to use

Definition of Done

• Review list of TF needed top-level packages
• Make sure all are still maintained/available and if not maintained/available find alternatives
• Update lock file with the latest TF packages

@RConsortium/pilot5 - {visR} (used with Pilot 1 and Pilot3 visualizations) has been archived from the R repository and no longer under active development. The {ggsurvfit} package has appropriate functionality for use with Pilot 5 KM visualization.

Pilot 5 development is R v4.4.2 and Pilot 3 submission including TLF was R v4.2.3.
