Expected behaviour:
/bin/cli.js boots up a working version of the service

Observed behaviour:

info:    No path to an RMLMapper jar is defined.

    at downloadWrapper (/rmlmapper-webapi-js/lib/download-rmlmapper.js:27:50)

    at async start (/rmlmapper-webapi-js/bin/cli.js:98:42)
(Use `node --trace-warnings ...` to show where the warning was created)
(node:71) UnhandledPromiseRejectionWarning: Unhandled promise rejection. This error originated either by throwing inside of an async function without a catch block, or by rejecting a promise which was not handled with .catch(). Distro: node:lts-alpine or node:14-alpine
