This doc: https://instinct.docs.amd.com/projects/gpu-operator/en/latest/installation/openshift-olm.html#create-deviceconfig deploys the deviceconfig to the default namespace. However, in our testing the deviceconfig needs to be in the same namespace as the AMD GPU Operator.
To match other steps, the namespace should be: namespace: openshift-amd-gpu not default
