Resistance 3: Missing raindrops on manhole

Quick summary

In case this reported minor (apparently) issue could hide more important issues on other games.
In Resistance 3 the raindrops on manhole are missing (they are present only on the ground) compared to the game running on the PS3.
This issue is present also on old RPCS3 releases so it is not a regression. I saw it since a lot of time but considering the water effects on most Insomiac games are broken I preferred to not give priority to this issue.
Attached the usual log file, capture file and a screenshot of the issue (at the beginning of Ambush section in ST. LOUIS, MO chapter)
