linux: Window title bar for the game render window not showing

Quick summary

When launching games, the title bar is not showing. I can exit games by clicking where the X would be located and I get a prompt to close the game

I've had this issue for a while. I haven't done any extensive testing, but based off my memory this was not an issue around 0.32. Furthermore, launching with QT_QPA_PLATFORM=xcb restores window decorations.

This happens to me on two separates machines with both running different distros (arch linux and fedora).
