AMD Adrenalin Driver 25.3.1 causes a driver timeout/crash when using VK_IMAGE_LAYOUT_ATTACHMENT_FEEDBACK_LOOP_OPTIMAL_EXT
We disabled VK_EXT_attachment_feedback_loop_layout on #17765 as a workaround, but it causes issues on other games
