[Bug]: Token Notes Editor does not heed Theme. #5893

Describe the Bug
The token notes editor always uses a white background, black text, yellow highlight "theme" instead of heeding the user selected theme.
To Reproduce
Choose a dark theme and go to the Notes tab in the Edit Token dialog. You'll see that the editor does not heed the theme.
Expected Behaviour
The Notes Editor should heed the theme like the Macro Editor (and Chat window when that option is selected).
