[NSIS] Folder select dialog, many issues

In case of MUI2, on MUI_PAGE_DIRECTORY if open folder button is pressed, a new window pops up. That window would be without scrollbar and with mouse scroll not working. Left mouse click enables them back. How do I fix this or how do I disable style for that treeview element? This is the most important issue.

Then, another issue. If I'll implement my own open folder dialog, it will be only partially skinned.

And then, if i'll implement folder dialog, but this time my own vista-style, its address bar will not be skinned, some elements will look bad and treeview on the left will flicker sometimes.
