I have a server with Tekkit 2 running on minecraft 1.12.2
Sometimes i dont know when it occures, when i or other players request something from a Request Pipe MK2 , you see the Items travel trough the Pipe but are dispawning when reaching the request pipe. Only a server restart resolve this issue.

Same issue on other Requesting pipes in the Network.
