Create new html site for Release notes

It would be better to have a site with release notes and link it from the app. The onboarding-menu of the app would be overloaded with all these information.

I'm still thinking about this. We have the changelogs for the AndroidApp also here:
https://github.com/RailwayStations/RSAndroidApp/tree/master/fastlane/metadata/android/en-US/changelogs. And there is a fastlane directory in the iOS App here: https://github.com/RailwayStations/Bahnhofsfotos/tree/develop/fastlane/metadata/en-US, but without the changelog files, only an empty releasenotes.txt. But they are plaintext only, not visual appealing.

Then we still have the challenge with supporting multiple languages, see #34.
