Need certificate update ("sslv3 alert certificate expired")

Since the certificate expired yesterday, OpenPHT can't connect. The Plex server console log shows "sslv3 alert certificate expired".

There is a "cacert.pem" file in the "system" subfolder:
https://github.com/RasPlex/OpenPHT/tree/openpht-1.9/plex/Resources/system

OpenPHT works now after I have replaced the PEM file with the one below.
