DHCP on wlan0 and eth0 so the devices can comunicate eatch other

Hi, i need your help,

i have a raspap running as a little ipcam server, and want to add wired cams, but i dont get it, how to configure it the right way.

I first enable dhcp on eth0 and give it a static ip (same as wlan0 or 10.3.141.2) but cant connect from wlan0 to eth0 or the other direction.

Version is v3.0.4 on old buster.

Maybe i think to complicatet and its a easy task?
