Handling of different clients (WLAN, mobile data modem/router etc)

Just wanted to briefly highlight the work @zbchristian is doing in this new feature.

This adds the ability connect, extract the status of and configure several different classes of client devices. The existing client display on the dashboard is updated to indicate the active client connection (currently limited to wireless). New functionality is also added to the Networking UI, including mobile data and APN settings.

The changes are substantial and worth a look.
