As part of the editors instructions functionality add the ability to link to other instructions, this includes:

  • add "Go to next project" and "Go to project pathway" buttons for the final step in a project, in line with designs below
  • next project and project pathway paths are already exposed in the Project
  • the buttons are similar in design to those already used in the DownloadPanel

design
