At the present moment, the designs available in Figma are not following what is available in the production environment of our product. This leads to challenges for team members such as: • It's hard for the team members to execute new designs/re-designs; • New joiners are not able to identify what is/is not available in the product, being this a relevant obstacle in the speed of the onboarding process. The goal here is to create the Foundational Designs of our products on Figma, by (1) creating diagrams with screenshots of all the user flows available in the production environment of each product and (2) designing all these flows on Figma while adopting the libraries available in our new design system. Since the design system is under construction, this task will help us as well to identify missing components that need to be added to the design system. Having both the Foundational Designs and a well-documented Design System will result in streamlining the team's workflow.

That is why not all existing functionality was re-implemented at a time when the integration went live in April 2023. In this milestone, we want to re-implement missing features, improve the integration and give the Salesforce administrators better quality data access.

This way different recruiters or hiring managers of one company can use one company account to browse and contact jobseekers. In addition, this should include a better display of job postings that clearly show the company profile and then the different job postings linked to that company. It would also be great to see the expired job postings greyed out.

While we do send out a feedback survey to every user who has a completed match, we want to enable users to provide feedback easily through the platform - both for the ReDI Team but also in a way to recommend mentors on the platform.

This way the ReDI team can share valuable mentoring resources, e.g. the mentors handbook, with the mentorship community that will support them in their mentoring journey. In addition, it would be great to also allow community members to post and share material with each other. This could also be valuable for mentorship pairs.

Once a pair is matched, they would have the possibility to share, record and track the objectives they set for their mentorship. This will provide them both with more accountability towards each other. It also provides an incentive to keep using the platform and for mentors to also log the sessions for our reporting. This milestones includes some more user research and a UX/UI component. Things to consider going forward: - Automatically generate certificate incl. the mentoring goals (after 4 sessions of at least 30 minutes) - Generate a report at the end for users to download ? - What happens on the progress tracking section once a mentorship is completed? Are still all sessions visible? Is the information locked? - How to automate emails or platform messages to mentors to check whether they need any support during the mentorship?

Based on their feedback we developed a new profile creation flow for both mentors and mentees that asks more specifically what mentees are looking for and what mentors can offer (e.g. differentiating between desired roles, skills and mentoring goals). By applying these fields as hard and soft criteria in the matching process, the platform can then suggest best matching mentors for mentees when they search for mentors.
