bug: Revanced patches do not download or update on mobile data

Bug description

If you use mobile data instead of Wi-Fi, the patches will never download nor update. For example, when the patches are downloaded, and you try to manually check for an update, it will not say checking for update like it does on Wi-Fi

I have the same issue, also on mobile data only. Switching over to Wi-Fi fixes it. Same preview version (1.26.0-dev.7).
