An option to hide the "New" badge on recently uploaded videos.
This appears both on the Channel page as well as the Subscription, Home and Watch History pages (i.e. just about all thumbnails are affected)
P.S. I tried looking through open issues to find duplicates but "hide new" isn't a great search term it seems. So I'm sorry if this is actually a duplicate.
Motivation
As shown in the screenshot, for channels that have frequent uploads like stream clippers, it's very spammy and clutters the UI. And if the user is a frequent viewer of streamers, the home page would also fill up with these badges.
It also acts as a distraction screaming at you to click on it, and this is my personal opinion, but I would consider that harmful UX.
