Feature description

As with #3753, adding domain changes to TikTok's link sharing would be great.

Motivation

TikTok's embed are horrid, if they even show up for a particular video. The 'video' shows up as a screenshot with a fake play button.

Services like dylanpdx/vxtiktok greatly improve the embed by adding watchable videos, statistics, extended descriptions, and more.
