Installation instructions for Filemin are pretty much simple

Navigate to "Webmin - Webmin Configuration - Webmin Modules" in your Webmin control panel
Check "From ftp or http URL" radio button and paste this https://github.com/Real-Gecko/filemin/raw/master/distrib/filemin-1.1.0.linux.wbm.gz
Click install module
