I am investigating this issue and I will update with progress.

We are not explicitly stating any GTK theme in the Flatpak build, so it's likely a default setting provided by the runtime/sdk.

Can you please try to see if this also happens on the latest release?

Also, does this prevent the application from running, or prevent Flatpak updates from finishing, or is this just a warning?

I just noticed the label change, I had to wait for an update to verify that Redot doesn't seem to update for me, I am unsure if it is related as I do not develop flatpak apps.
