Describe the bug
When entering the Lost Cities dimension or creating a new world with that preset, the internal server freezes and world is dead.
"java.lang.ArrayIndexOutOfBoundsException: Index 24 out of bounds for length 24".

To Reproduce

  1. Install C2ME (NeoForge)
  2. Install Lost Cities
  3. Make a world with the City preset enabled.
  4. Internal server freezes(crashes) upon generating the world. Doesn't even enter.

Expected behavior
That the world generates as expected like without Lost Cities.

  • OS: Win11
  • Minecraft version: 1.21.1
  • Mod version: 0.3.0+alpha.0.60
