Error loading chunk toast while wandering world, related to C2ME

Describe the bug
A Toast pops up saying that a chunk failed to load and to check the logs

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Happens randomly, hard to reproduce consistently.

No error toasts

Still occurring in 0.3.0+alpha.0.80+1.21.1 and still very random.
1 chunk will fail to load, which makes a 3x3 square of chunks with it at the center refuse to render. The rendering of regular chunks will also be blocked based on line of sight depending on the player's position, height and viewing angles.
This also completely prevents Chunky from continuing its current task and all future tasks that have this chunk in its radius, but that's more on Chunky not being able to skip failed chunks.
