when using the modification, there is a strong delay between the mining of blocks by the player, and the server response to this action, especially noticeable when playing in single-player game (because in single-player game the best ping), and although on servers with bad ping it will not be a problem, when playing on a personal private server, this problem, causes inconvenience.

It would be good to add to your modification, a configuration system, to turn off some optimizations, for the sake of reducing the delay of some player actions, between the client and the server.
