I rolled back IOS to 11 and used my backup from last month to refresh my devices. The older version of Relisten was on all devices and worked perfectly.
I downloaded the Relisten update on the IOS 11 platform, and the same problem occurred. “Unable to download data”. I thought it was a problem with IOS 12, it was appears to be a problem with the new Relisten release.
Can you please release a fix for the Relisten so it can be used again?

The different versions of the app target different servers. The error you are getting indicates that there is some issue contacting the Relisten API server. The old version of the app uses a different server.
We do not have enough logging information in the current version of the app to automatically identify the problem. If you can open up that URL on your iOS device and get an error message, we will be well on the way to solving this.
What environment are you using the app from? Wi-Fi at home? Wi-Fi at work/school? Cellular (if so, what network?)?
