Mark artist as favorite

Would be nice to mark artist as favorite via cookie

maybe a heart or dropdown here (not in the artist list).

This should be stored in cookies so we can access them on the server too (RSC)

makes sense. does the web application have any examples of this type of thing yet - to try to stay on a standard?

No I don't believe we use any cookies at the moment. You can stringify the artist id into an array and store it in an insecure cookie (so it can be written/read from the client too). This can be done on the client or via server action. Then after the cookie update you can just call router.refresh() to reload everything from the server. And on the server you can pull out the the favorited artists in ArtistsColumn.

This is a bit tricky but nothing too crazy.
