Establish another collection of "calibrations" purely on DICOM and BIRCH daily

since we do have dicoms and birch automatically recorded. We just need a simple cron job to "quickly" get all the events for every day.

Instead of waiting for a global solution, do some ad-hoc for now

• on rolando daily get information from all dicoms
• on typhon invoke script to fetch desires from birch and place logs somewhere for that day.
