Unable to start New Project wizard

When creating a new project and selecting JAIN SLEE Project wizard, I get this error :

The selected wizard could not be started.
Plug-in org.mobicents.eclipslee.servicecreation was unable to load class org.mobicents.eclipslee.servicecreation.wizards.project.ProjectWizard.
org.mobicents.eclipslee.servicecreation.wizards.project.ProjectWizard cannot be found by org.mobicents.eclipslee.servicecreation_2.0.0.qualifier
