Code notes are inaccurate between pages

Describe the bug
There seems to be more code notes on the developer profile then the code notes page

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to https://retroachievements.org/individualdevstats.php?u=LilCutieSophia and look at Monster Truck Madness 64
2. Compare to https://retroachievements.org/codenotes.php?g=10393
3. See the code notes page says 5 less then the developer profile. (the code note page is accurate to the actual emulator)

Expected behavior
Both pages should be the same amount of notes.
