Deleted achievements still showing up in achievementList.php

Describe the bug
Deleted achievements still show up in the global achievement list. They do not show up in core/unofficial achievements on game entries and trying to go to a deleted achievement's specific page will redirect to the "Not Found" page, at least.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to Achievements in the nav bar and click All Achievements
2. Click on Achievements in Unofficial Sets
3. Under Filter by developer:, type tele and click Select
4. Click Modified twice to sort by oldest
5. Excluding Leorina Tech - Escape (5) and Low Score - Catacombs (10), every achievement on the first page was deleted. I thought it might be because they're still linked to the Achievement Graveyard hub, but if you click on Next 25, you'll see a deleted Blazing Lazers achievement (it has ... as the title and description).

Expected behavior
They simply shouldn't be there 😆
