Missing Sony DualSense Edge Controller Profile

Hi, I would like to state here that every RetroArch system cores are missing DualSense Edge Controllers Profiles. Everytime I start a RetroArch core I need to setup the controller binds but it is not persistent as I guess it is overwritten by emulatorLauncher built-in configs. I have added my controller binds if needed.

• retroarch.cfg after configuring yourself the controller and without any change from Retrobat
• retroarch.cfg after running a game from Retrobat
• the file emulatorlauncher.log located in retrobat\emulationstation folder (after running a game from retrobat)

First of all, after a clean installation of RetroBat V7.1 the current version of EmulationStation shows this infinite connection error for the DSE controller!

After installing I usually do a manual update for ES to fix this.

This is the same version as the one provided in the release.
You could just update the sdl2.dll, no need to download full emulatorlauncher

I did'nt change the hotkeys, wich is all messed up too, only the binds.

Please clarify:
The retroarch.cfg is after you have changed and fixed or the one unchanged after a launch from Retrobat ?

We need both.

The retroarch.cfg file I have provided is from after the auto-bind done inside retroarch, note that I can't even navigate to the controller binds menu using the controller as it is not working at all so I use the keyboard to do so.
Why do I need to to give the file before doing the binds? would'nt it be just like the original from the setup?
Do I need to do a fresh install again to provide retroarch.cfg file after this?

The file I download to fix the EmulationStation controller connection looping error is the current latest build of EmulationStation wich has a different size from the provided by the setup.

We need both retroarch.cfg files.
The one when you launch a game from Retrobat, without any change.
The one with correct mapping.

Retrobat is performing the autoconfiguration of controller, including dualsense edge.
So we need to find out why it does not work just for you.

Also, in addition to the 2 retroarch.cfg files, we would need also the es_input.cfg file.
It can be found in retrobat\emulationstation\.emulationstation

When you go in retrobat\emulationstation folder, what is the version of the sdl2.dll ? (Right click and properties)

Also can you redo the controller mapping in Retrobat interface, close, and send again es_input.cfg ?
