Background parallel sleep state

I used command Rscript code.R to run my code in Linux.( Details show in #9 (comment))
The parallel R in the background seems to be asleep all the time(Fig2). I tried using a different number of cores, looking at the process by top, and the cpu usage did not increase with the number of registered threads. I don't know if I need to set any other parameters. I notice that in the full command, MASTER=localhost is displayed(Fig3), but the actual host name is 'cnode1001 '.
