Issue while installing RHbase

Hi,
I was trying to perform the RHbase installation in my VM. I have installed Hbase and thrift server using CDHu4 . Thrift was installed using "yum" command .
I was not able to find the lib files of Thrift required for RHbase installation ( thrift.pc,libthrift.so .. ) .Since it was said that it supports CDH4 also i was wondering why this was missing .
It would be great if you could look into this

The instructions for rhbase require building the thrift library from source. We can't influence how thrift is packaged in a yum repository.
