I've collected some logs. Part is above.
In my opinion something is wrong, because many fails. I don't know how to research the reason.

mpath peer is offline. Will bring it online soon.

I'm concerned about the frequency and number of failures and timeouts. Unfortunately, I do not know the algorithm which collected these logs. Maybe to reduce the frequency is better.
