建议自adb激活/建议小窗无线adb激活 #639

第一令我很不能理解的是shizuku在获取无线调试权限下，明明有能力执行adb shell指令，那么为什么不对自己执行激活指令呢？
现在反而需要用黑域去执行
第二是希望shizuku不要只用通知配对功能，其实小窗也可以
