Usage with DiT : VAE autoencoder

The usage example with DiT does not have which pretrained model has been used. Is it the same as DiT "stabilityai/sd-vae-ft-?" with ema or mse?

The pretrained model we use is specifically this one found in https://github.com/facebookresearch/DiT. Specifically the 256x256 model.
