Unable to Withdraw Rewards – Invoice Stuck on Loading

Hello RoboSats team,

I'm experiencing a problem when trying to withdraw my rewards balance.

When I click to generate the Lightning invoice, the interface keeps loading indefinitely and the process never completes. I've waited several minutes, refreshed the page, and even tried in different browsers — but nothing changes.

• Wallet used: [Aqua and wallet of satoshi]
• Browser: [Brave]
• Platform: [macOS ]

This issue prevents me from accessing my rewards and makes it impossible to complete the withdrawal. I've noticed that other users have reported similar problems recently (e.g., issue #1846), so it might be a recurring bug.

Please let me know if there is any workaround, or if logs or screenshots would help.

This is a known bug AFAIK. Solution is

1. Safely save your robot token
2. Delete the Robot from the garage
3. Click 'Recovery' and add the robot token again.

Then you should be able to withdraw your rewards.
