switch between index and projects to see the header get bumped by the scrollbar:

I've noticed that actually. I'm not exactly sure how to fix that off the top of my head. Does anyone have any ideas?

I think we want to use overflow/overflow-y (http://stackoverflow.com/questions/1417934/how-to-prevent-scrollbar-from-repositioning-web-page).

Could we fix the nav-bar at the top of the viewport and make the scrollbar only span the page content?
