Describe the problem
Discord has a nifty feature that allows to create channel events.
We used to create events for the Wednesday's meetup but we stopped doing it.
Describe the proposed solution
We should automate the creation of Romajs discord channel events.
We can leverage the meetup.com api and the cronjob we already have running (or we could create a new one).
