[New Feature]: Do forced photometry on diffim based on score image detections

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Score image detections are just detections. Would like to add measurement of flux from (decorrelated) difference image based on score image positions.

Describe the solution you'd like

1. Take score image catalog and perform aperture forced photometry on template, science, and difference image based on score image catalog positions
2. Do photometry for array of apertures (3 to 5) to get a sense for object behavior.

Describe alternatives you've considered

• Could do PSF photometry, but I think that's not necessary for this use case and could be a little tricky.
