Default Columns in CustomerITSMConfigItem can't be changed

I am trying to change the displayed Columns in CustomerITSMConfigItem and add a Dynamic Field as a Column.

In this Case I'm trying to add the DynamicField_Company to the columns.
But the Sysconfig entry ITSMConfigItem::Frontend::CustomerITSMConfigItem###DefaultColumns does not make any changes. Is this not implemented yet or am I missing the option to turn the Column configuration in the CustomerView on?
