Missing Admin Chapters

Hi,

I think we miss at the moment a lot of information. I can't find for example the following article inside our OTOBO manual: https://doc.otrs.com/doc/manual/admin/6.0/en/html/external-backends.html

We need to check it soon and at all required information.
