I used the migration to docker from another system and afterwards I had an unanswered question.
MySQL external server to Docker
I just imported the DB to db container under separate name and no network issues. Maybe a nice tip for some migrations.
Can I delete copied_otrs?
I found no information about that folder in forum or in documentation. I will move and delete it, because it is in tmp. No clean up in migration so far.
Issue afterwards
My fix bin/oboto.Console.pl Maint::Config::Rebuild --cleanup. The parameter fixed the issue
