You will need to create a classic Personal Access Token (PAT) with public_repo scope. New fine-grained PATs aren't supported by the action. Review vedantmgoyal9/winget-releaser#172 for information.

classic 的 PAT，public_repo scope：我已经是这么做的了，但是依然显示没有正确权限

你可以忽视这个了，我发现目前有挺多第三方的脚本在跑，自动帮你提PR到winget的社区库。

他们fork了官方的社区库，就能自动去找里面软件的github地址。
