The "For Developers" link in

https://github.com/RunestoneInteractive/HomePage/blob/master/_templates/runestone_links.html

References the multi-repo documentation. It should probably reference either the monorepo documentation:

https://runestone-monorepo.readthedocs.io/en/latest/contributing.html

or, it could reference the monorepo itself

https://github.com/RunestoneInteractive/rs

I'm not sure which makes more sense.
