Test vector for ML-KEM

Hello, in ml-kem/src/crypto.rs there is a commented golang script about generating vectors for tests. As I recently discovered the C2SP project, I though about the Community Cryptography Test Vectors (CCTV) were you can find a multitude of test vectors for ML-KEM covering many cases.

As an improvement, maybe we could adopt those vectors instead of a home made generation ?
