Segmentation fault when running the example

Hello,

In a fresh environment, when running pip install itk-cleaver and running the example notebook (with the files placed in the proper locations), I am getting a seg fault.

It seems to be caused by itk>=5.4.0. Using itk==5.3.0 works for now.
