Beautify new module doc page

Now that #7 is finally in, we can see the results at http://sciinstitute.github.io/scirun.pages/SCIRun5ModuleGeneration.html. The formatting can be improved...here is a list of suggestions.

• H1 headers are too big
• Title page is not useful in this format
• Add a link to this page from the home page
