Data usage categories

As a user, I want to see applications’ data usage by category so that I can see which of my
activities are consuming the most data.

1. The user can tag applications into different categories.

2. The applications in each category are monitored given the current criteria.

3. The user will be able to see the total data usage per category.

4. The data usage per category can be shown in a pie chart with each category being a

different section.
