Interdevice communication

As a user, I want to be able to monitor other devices I own via Data Dam so that it is convenient
for me.

1. The user should be able to install Data Dam on multiple different devices.
2. The user should be able to connect to the other devices via Data Dam.
3. The connection process can be done via a reference code.
4. The user can set one device to be the primary device.
5. The primary device should have unique permissions special only to it.
6. The primary device can alter constraints of specific devices such as the app categories and the time period which the app is executed.
